Isnt it obvious what is going on? Why do you think its REALLY so hard to get ahold of Dell support? All the fuckin call centers are power dialing to get their brother into the top 5.

I normally watch Idol hardcore every year, but this year there is just alot of blah singers. Quite disappointing. :(
