Scottsdale, AZ (March 16, 2007) - WTMS Inc., the owner of the Max Cash affiliate program, announced the hiring of Jeff Kilbride as VP of Technical Operations. Mr. Kilbride brings with him over a decade of internet experience and was a founding partner and technology lead of Paycom Billing Services, Inc.
