Does anyone have a phone number for ACC or Nydahl? Not getting through with emails or ICQ and I have paid for content that still hasn't been delivered.

Not thinking anything bad as I dealt with them in the past and they were great but my ISP/connection is not that good and I am afraid I am not reaching them... Would prefer a phone number.
