If people have never heard of you, do you get pissed?
Over the years I have noticed that there are a lot of people that get pissed off when you don't instantly know who they are.
I am not talking about the second meeting... I am talking about the first. As in someone introduces me to someone and I go ahh.... And do you own something or work for someone? And they instantly are pissed off that I don't just KNOW WHO THEY ARE because their reputation precedes them. Strange because I have met many people and have worked with many people on many projects and it seems the people who make millions effortlessly don't get peeved like this... Only the ones who make making millions look difficult. In fact... The ones that don't get pissed off usually end up being some of the most interesting people to be around. The pissed ones seem to be the most mind numbingly boring... |
I am sorry . . . I told you I was trying to be nice

besides, you are the one that thought I was JFK

Actually, I thought conversing with you was rather interesting and pleasant, thanks! Was pretty funny because my friends were saying after, "Wow, for a biker guy, he sure knows about computers!" haha Also, what was the URL of the mainstream B2B/B2C site? |
i could care less. i'm anti-social anyway and do just fine without everyone knowing who is behind the DWB mask. those who need to know, already know.

Good point, feel similarly about people that make over broad generalizations. fun to be new though, low expectations...
