Just saw "O" at the Bellagio last night. Seen it?

Why I waited that long to see it blows my mind. Absolutely amazing. It takes alot to impress me, and I was blown out of my seat at this show. One of the top things I've ever witnessed in my life.

Thanks to the good people at shane's world, we had second row seats and you really really have a birds eye view of the show.

Back to work on Monday

WOoot!

Not trying to be mean, however, you could be making so much more money if you owned your own company

buddyjuf 03-18-2007 02:18 PM

Ive been dying to see that show

i actually own two of my own companies.

i own a sound and lighting company which does well, and a technology company i just started in mainstream that i created out of demand for web services.

i have no desire to own an adult company.

if i can ask, what would make you think i don't make enough money?

lol.. there is nothing Chilean or bass about it, its a fuckin toothfish from coast of Antartica. Fucking restaurants and thier fancy names...

If you like O, then go see Mystere... its just as awesome but in a different way. Dont waste your money on Ka or Zumanity, you'll be dissapointed after seeing a great show like O

Verbal 03-18-2007 04:36 PM

I couldn't agree more ... I had excellent seats as well 3rd or 4th row, center stage. Best show I've ever seen by leaps and bounds!

LOL about the chilean sea bass - I read that years ago and just laugh when I see the menu :)

I enjoyed KA - it was different than most Cirque shows but the technology was incredible, IMO.

Loved O too though - haven't seen Mystere and have no desire to see Zumanity. Saw Allegria back when they had it in a tent here in ATL. Very cool to see it in that environment :)

:1orglaugh :1orglaugh

EroticyChrissy 03-18-2007 05:48 PM

I have to agree, Mystere was a great show too! "O" was awesome. It's just about anything Cirque puts on is awesome.

Zumanity is shit, Love sucks monkey fuck, Mystere is enjoyable but Ka is amazing!!! Just a step under O, which is probably the best show ever created.

If you liked O, you'll dig KA.

seeric 03-18-2007 07:06 PM

i want to see now in this order

Mystere
Ka
Zumanity

i normally find something of substance in any theatre so i hope zumanity doesnt let me down.

I myself saw "O" and I couldn't agree with you more, it was one of the most amazing thing I've ever seen.

I think you'll like Zumanity, it's kinda one of those things that as you give your ticket, you don't know what to expect. There's an area with a window that a midget sits there staring at you, then you go to get your drinks and you look at the menu of sensually named items, ha ha.

I won't do into much detail on the show and spoil any of it for you, but I think you'll be entertained by it, there's some parts really made us laugh. It of course isn't as mind blowing as O, it's more sensual (of course), but it's worth seeing.

One thing I suggest is that when you do go to the show, try to get there a couple of minutes early because there's a couple of show people that go around the crowd before the show and they're pretty comical :)

I agree. Zumanity was a great show IMO.

I saw the O and it was amazing!!!!
Zumanity was great as well but not as spectacular as the O. It was much more interactive with the audience though. Try to get in the front row and you will see what I mean.

Cirque de Soleil is one of the great artistic shows that originated from Montreal and I am a big fan!!!

Peaches 03-21-2007 08:33 AM

There was a show playing at Wynn when I was there in the fall - can't remember the name of it but if it's still there STAY AWAY. It was like a really crappy version of a Cirque show. Avenue Q which was there was cute and I've heard they have Spamalot there now which reviews have as pretty funny.

zibril 03-21-2007 08:47 AM

It was amazing ...

i also heard that the monty pythons spamalot was excellent from quite a few people.

seeing O first i have to make sure that i don't go to these other ones expecting an O calibre experience. i should have waited until i'd seen a few to compare them.

O was simply amazing. i am still in awe and we saw it on saturday the 17th. loll.

Vegas Ken 03-21-2007 08:52 AM

Most all of the Cirque shows rock.
Always something fun to do here in Vegas.
Hit up the TBP Crew next time you are in town and we will
rip it up with ya. :)

munki 03-21-2007 08:56 AM

Dieing to see either...

I think I will take my girl up again to Vegas soon to catch one of the solei shows...

The Top Choice crew stopped into one of Luxors stage events at Internext, and it was pretty bad... hopefully O or Zumanity will make up for it...

dude. you know how i am with artistic creative things. we appreciate many of the same things i think. do yourself a favor, get second or third row seats for 150 bucks a piece like we had and watch your girls panties get wet. order a month in advance and do your mind the favor of seeing the show from the distance that it does it justice. you'll thank me later. don't waste your time with anything else until you see O.

:thumbsup

they should be writing me checks for them word of mouth and promo that i been doing for them since i saw that show. :1orglaugh

i can't say "amazing" enough!

Well heard...

I've seen many a great stage show... and tbh the only one to really grab my attention in past 15 years has been "Tommy" at South Coast Plaza...

I'm hoping O can change that for me....
