Seems like a nice package you have. I am sure there must be more to this like you need money, or you are tired of them. Seems like a nice income stream to sell away if you plan on staying in the industry. What ever the reasons good luck on the sale. I think you selling at the perfect time. I see a lot of membership sites taking a dive in 2007 and the market being flooded with them "for sale". Don't think this will hit the gay sector as bad but straight membership programs are so saturated.... its going to hit them hard, especially the smaller to mid size ones that don't generate inhouse traffic. |
