How to Get Model IDs, 2257 Documents ? Urgent !
Guys, thats a serious situation !
I am accused of publishing CP through my Tgp. All the thumbnails are from FHG's of different sponsors like Dieselcash, Silvercash, Met-art, etc. Its not important whether they have disclaimers on gallery pages or not. Court wants me to show real proof, and the only way is to show them model ID's... Whats the procedure for getting those ID's ? Should i email, call each sponsor seperately or are there any lawyers doing that job ? Help me ASAP please, i have only 1 month to the next court... |
Hello stalker

Start with contacting the sponsors.

I have been a member of this board since 2001 but the cops got my harddisk and all stuff and i cant remember my old login...
I also have a lawyer in my country but need someone to collect all those papers... I am pretty sure sponsors dont give model IDs to anyone who ask for it. There must be some legal application... Thats why i need someone in US... Guys, again, thats not a joke... I was in prison for the last 3 months for some stupid thumbs, so please respond seriously... |

2) Next, contact every sponsor or the sponsor they are 'accusing' you for: ask them for their 2257 procedures - ask them for their legal department / lawyers info & the person in charge of 2257 procedures Most likely, if you cannot verify who you are or give details - you will have to do this through your lawyer. What country are you in? |
Gotta getta lawyer
|
Thanks for the info Trixxxia... Could you give any names ?
Sorry guys ,i cant tell my country or my real GFY name.. enough trouble already. |

I thought US webmasters only had to worry about 2257 docs?
Either way, good luck with your situation... |
i dont think the whole truth is being told

Yeah, this sounds like serious bullshit.

I am 100% positive that if I told the cops in a country that didn't require 2257 that the sponsors had proof of age, they would contact the sponsor and ask the sponsors to fax over proof of age and that would be the end of it.
If I were in this situation I would simply fax all my sponsors a copy of the police report and all my URLS and ask them to help me furnish proof of age and I'm sure that any decent sponsor would fix the problem ASAP; because once they cleared one affiliate they would have cleared all affiliates that used the same content. But, if I was trying to get ahold of model ID's for unauthorized reasons then I would..... |

The reason why I think this isn't 'fake' is because I had heard a similar story awhile ago - I'm not sure if it's the same person or whatever happened to that person.
Also - local government accusing you of having 'questionable' material doesn't mean it equals to US/2257. It's not only the US that can question your content. The record keeping is what may be different in your country, but most have similar 'legal age' laws in their country (or close to it) and depending on the circumstances, they can ask you for proof of the person's age. Anyhow - as for lawyers - here are a few I know have sites but are in the US: www.xxxlaw.net www.chadknowslaw.com www.firstamendment.com www.piccionellisarno.com www.embalaw.com www.adultbizlaw.com |
Sponsors should help you!
