Say I have a decent type-in domain for a sponsor..

Say I have a decent type-in domain for a sponsor
How should I go about setting it up. Not sure a meta refresh or php header location is the best way, if I want to also get hits from google searches etc. I could make a carbon copy of the site, but the site in question is dynamic..so I'd have to manually check it out daily and do the changes.

Can I like php-include the whole page, or just iframe it? 0-size frames?

Any suggetsions?
