genetic? do you have any idea how much that kid would have to eat to gain that much weight that fast? he would have to practically be living on ice cream and bacon.

He should be taken away.. Overfeeding a child is as blatant abuse as if you would be beating them. Hope the kid gets properly squared away.

That is child abuse imo.. and I know the mother says she is cooking healthy dinners... but how the hell is she so overweight then? She must have cupboards stocked with twinkies that he is getting from her. She is responsible, whether or not she is giving the junk food to him herself.

Maybe thats part of the probllem. and she is only feeding him 3 times a day. He should be eating 6 times a day.
