i'm taking my test tommorrow....

did it have alot of simulation questions?

do you know the osi model?

or did anyone take the test recently...

wondering how much simulation questions it asks...

pretty much inside and out.

did you take the latest release of the test?

ALL PEOPLE SEEM TO NEED DATA PROCESSING, thats the easiest way to remember the OSI model.

I suggest taking the two test option. Its much easier that way!

mine was 4 or 5 years ago - i forgot most of it since i barely touched any router or switch since then. when i tried it again some months ago it took me 20 minutes to figure out how this "enable blabla" worked :1orglaugh

Got mine back in 2001, took three times to pass it. All home study.

damnit! i failed....i got a 804. Passing was 849. :disgust

passed it the first time in 2000? One of the best things I ever did. The certification itself means fuck all, its the experience you get learning while trying to pass the test then the experience you get working with these routers.

funny shit is that i've been working with routers for the last 4 years...its just you don't use all the shit on a daily basis that they test you on in the CCNA.

guess i gotta dish out another $125 to retake...

anyone know how many times you can retake the test every week?

I think i might have that, I have been feeeling odd latley

got mine recently almost 50% sim's u do need a home setup tho atleast three routers.
