It's insane on how much these type of condos have increased in the past 10 years or so. Back then, you could get one at $125 per square foot; now at $250 per square foot it is considered a bargain!:Oh crap

If anyone is interested in buying an old montreal Loft .. One of my buddies owns the newest renovated building in Old MTL ... Corner of st Jacque and St laurent ... Right accross from the court house. The roff top lofts went for 1.5 million and 2.5 ... but he's got some real nice ones left ... roof top pool !
