When it comes to use of tools provided as means on increasing revenue, yes I care.
It is exceedingly difficult to obtain & then maintain records because it is not as simple as just having the document. Should an inspection ever occur, the inspector is not going to say "Hey, I need the id for so & so on this url.. Don't work that way.. You're not just going to search for an id & give it to them. They want it all documented in hard data that is cross referenced at least 4 different ways. Here's some ways you can cross reference. 1: By primary producer 2: by model name 3 by set title 4 by model alias (stage name) 5 by url 1> Primary producer. Name & address of producer > Model Name >Model Alias > Set Title 2> Model Name Model Legal Name > Date of Birth > Model Alias > Set Title(s) > Primary Producer > Location of ID Docs > Location of Id Photo >List Every URL that model appears on in addition of url of every single image of that model 3> Set Title Set Title > Date of Production > Primary Producer > Model Name > Model Alias > Urls of all images in that set 4> Model Alias Model Alias > Model Legal Name > Set Title(s) > Primary Producer > URL to each set 5> URL http://www.domain.com model 1 name / model 1 alias > model 2 name / model 2 alias > etc, etc, etc http://www.domain.com/page2.htm model 1 name / Model 1 Alias > model 2 name / model 2 alias > etc, etc, etc & do this for every single url for domain Then all this needs to be all interlinked to each other so anytime inspector clicks model name he's taken to model info in #2, and any time inspector clicks primary producer name they're taken to info in #1, and alias goes to model's alias, etc, etc, etc, etc... It's a very time consuming job if you have a large site, or several sites It would be much simpler to just have the docs & one single document listing alphabetically Model Name > Date of Birth > Alias > Primary Producer > Set Title(s) > Urls > ID Doc > Id Photo |
