No one said to feel sorry for anyone. Out of the hundreds of girls that GGW has in their videos you only hear of the two or three that decide that have an issue and take Joe to court.

We are all targets in this business. God forbid any of us end up in court since I doubt a jury will side with anyone that takes any naked pictures of any type of girls.

They are not picking on him, he is trying to change the agreement.So now he is going to be spanked, also the main reason he had all this bullshit in FL ,was he baited the chief of police to come after him after they said they didnt want ggw there. i think the courts themselves prove your statement has no merit. Juries have sided with porn producers before..

the difference is "contract" , "consent", "age"...

if you say take pictures of drunk underage girls flashing their boobs at a car driving by , no consent , no id, nothing .

your chances are prob much lower than if you take pictures of consenting adults who sign contracts, id verified and have been paid a fee.

Give me a break, you make them sound like the drunk guy that takes home a half passed out girl from the bar. Theres no shortage of girls wanting to appear in the dvds, and they're not pressured into doing anything.

The girls choose to do it, they WANT to be featured on the dvd's. I went to a girls gone wild event here a couple years ago and tons of girls were lined up trying to make it onto the dvd including a couple of my friends that made the cut. Whether they were drinking at the club or not, they showed up because they knew it was a GGW event and had intentions of being in the video.
