buy from a legit company.
make sure you have the models birthyear on your documents.
keep a record of the location each pic/movie is located.
ask a lawyer to double check as i only skimmed it..lol

This is pertaining to gallery content on TGPs, promotional material etc... Not so much for purchased content, but if you're a producer who sells content, it would be good to post your info in here as well, so others know how to get legal using your content, where applicable.
