How Much Are You Paying For Gas?

I just got a new expedition and it's kicking my azz in gas prices right now. It costs me $72 to fill it up! Shite! I have to put premium in her! I paid $2.79/gallon but it's gone up again since then. The prices around are for the 3 grades are.....

$2.69
$2.79
$2.89

...but I saw one place last nice that's $0.10/higher for each grade! WTF are we going up in gas prices so fucking fast!!

baddog 04-07-2007 12:22 PM

Better stay in TX then because you would hate the prices we are paying here.

I think I paid $3.75 on my trip to and from Phoenix.

Enjoy your low oil prices.

I'm paying in the EU-CR 1.35 USD / litre (5,12 USD / gallon) :)

I must force my government to "liberate" some nice oil country (Saudi Arabia and the Iran look nice for the EU purpose).

ztik 04-07-2007 12:57 PM

My escalade is like $90-$100 per tank :(

Will Europeans please stop trying to attempt to make us feel guilty that our gas prices are lower. We all know you pay more per gallon or litre, yet please eventually come to the understanding that most Americans have to drive a crap load more than you do every day. Hell a lot of you say this crap all of the time and just happen to live in a country that is smaller than some of our states.

Beyond that even if we do not drive that much everything else does to get our towns a cities everything we need. Imagine some of the produce prices when they have to travel over 4200 kilometers just to get to the stores.

Sosa 04-07-2007 01:38 PM

2.67 / gallon here right now.

SexualDragon 04-07-2007 01:52 PM

I just saw a few hours ago 102.8/litre it is slowly going down from 104.x

gangbangjoe 04-07-2007 01:54 PM

1.27 € pro litre.

that means if you have a 70l car you pay approx. 88 euros which is over 100 dollars.

BradM 04-07-2007 01:55 PM

I just paid 3.49

Distances are irrelevant (it's only about the city and the country design).
From the EU-Spain to the EU-Finland it's 4500 km (I myself travelled 3 hours per day for the 6 years to the my universities, so not only you have some distance problems, it's general problem of each country...).

Guilty?

Take your gass free and i will not say single one word. It's freedom of the your market to set the price.

BUT I only don't understand what are you doing right now in the Iraq and before some time in the Kuwait, and now i'm hearing some your stories about "really bad" Iran country.

It's only my feeling or the only-one reason why you was in the Kuwait, you are in the Iraq and you are planning go to the Iran is to control the main oil production on the whole world and to support by this production (of the military controlled foreign countries) your own limited oil USA production, which not fully saturated your own market oil consumption, so your oil prices wasn't exactly and will be not the fair and clear market price?

After Shock Media 04-07-2007 02:57 PM

Um do not associate me and the country I happen to live in being in Iraq or any other country.
Personally I do not even own a car anymore, nor have I supported this war since day one.

Sorry, but it's very hard to not associate, when i'm reading all this facts in the newspapers (global news, mainly your own from the Google, not some local) every single day...

Yes, i'm not supporting war too. All wars are bads and only destroying our human culture. I hope, that it will end ASAP and that we will focus on the real and pure global market, which will push us to the some other production level.
