Settings for CLEAR YouTube Video?

Can anyone shed some light on the best settings to get a really clear video output from YouTube?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

If the quality is bad to start you aren't going to get a clear picture.

A video with very little motion in it?

If Youtube increased the quality settings they could triple their bandwidth bill.

Little or no motion. Flat backgrounds. No patterns, no lines, no flashing lights or other changing items.

I sometimes wonder if they're saving the original files in order to re-render them at higher quality when they have a better bw deal.

Thanks I'll try that.

For others: The video I am using is good quality AVI output from Premiere Pro2.

i agree. you have to start out with a good quality picture. i think that's the only solution.
