Traffic Purchases - Where to purchase and get the most out of it?

I'm curious to know who do most webmasters purchase most of their traffic from.
Feel free to comment on any good or bad experiences.
We use Gallery Traffic Service the most out of any one traffic provider, mostly because they have the most to offer, but they also have a really great team over there.
We work with or have dabled with most of the other providers as well and I'd like to know the thoughts of the webmasters here.

Just to start off the list, GTS (GallerytrafficService), Cybercat, Choker Traffic, traffic dude, askjolene, wildline, Broker traffic, and Revo. Of course there are Search Engines and Submit accounts, as well as submit programs which we sponsor for our affiliates, gallerysubmitter, Chameleon submitter, and Dream Submitter.

What else do we have and what do you prefer for whatever reason?

well If I may jump in, does buying traffic really help sales as in more subscriptions by clients?

i don't like p2p ads.. they are all shady.. don't know who, but some fuckers use children's key words... i went in to download some old cartoons (mickey mouse, tom n jerry, etc..) and all the videos I downloaded were hardcore porn and popped up porn, cam, and dating sites..

I prefer to work deals directly with the company, but I also use GTS for some purchases.
