Anyone know of a good siteuptime script?
 

All i know of is AlstraSoft Site Uptime Enterprise anyone know of any alternitives or has anyone used the AlstraSoft script ?

ive used it and tried editing it for some people, its OK but pretty gay if you have to modify it.

If you just want to know when things are down, third party services are as cheap as $2/mo, and give you the benefit of multiple transits to let you know when routes are flapping and customers from various parts of the world are currently unable to access your sites.

However, I usually use monit for personal stats.

plan on running a small free maybee paid service was going to get 3 servers in diffrent datacenter for this project.

Yeah, the alstrasoft one would for work you

Custom stuff also works but it's probably not cost effective if you are planning on running it for free
