Waterhead Baby Jokes are funny/not funny?
 

I heard Larry the Cable Guy on the radio cracking jokes on 'waterhead babies' and then he immediately begged God to forgive him for making the joke.

WTF? I never looked at what a waterhead kid is. I've heard that joke/reference since I was a kid but never looked it up.

Apparently it's funny as fuck because whenever I ask someone what is a 'waterhead boy' they fall out laughing til tears come to their eyes.

So what is it?

I believe it's slang for a mentally retarded child.

Larry the Cable Guy is a piece of shit, and that analysis is of no relation to this joke.
