Its bad enough this stupid beaner is the 2nd richest man in the world but when it was announced he passed Warren Buffet for 2nd place he criticized Buffets 1.5 billion dollar per year charitable contributions.

The beaner is pretty much on the money, you aren't going to solve much by giving money to the poor, it's just way to temporarily improve their quality of life, because all that will happen is that the money will be pissed away instead of used for proper investments.
