Well, if you're creating another submitter program, then... I can't see how you could do something that different or advanced from what there is currently.

but, but, you don't do tgps so you can't make another submitter program. Don't even try because I know what you're doing and it's not going to work. Besides, those programs already do everything anyone may ever need.

We can do it in Java. There is no problem if you are going to use the soft by yourself only, but this solution is not good for third parties.
