I don't seem to have much of an issue with this, although I do question why they choose "blacks in NYC" as their target. Seems highly unlikely to me.

When I was in the Marines, we said similar things about other races and people from other countries. I was in the Marines in the late 80s so "communists" were the chosen target for us to point our anger at, although I would imagine these days the mitilary establishments would use the term "rag head" or something similar.

I guess you missed that I and II in WWI and WWII.
