Broke Back JMan... Worst weekend in a Long time.
 

So Thrusday I woke up start do studd and bam got it with a crooked back, hasn't happened to me in years...

Went to see chiro for emergency treatment and spend the weekend trying to recoup... Fuck it's now sunday and I can honestly say although I feel better, it still bothering me very much.

Sure hope your weekend was better then mine.

Got an appointment with Chiro at 3:15 tomorrow hopefully i'll get bit better this week.

You will never get well by continuing to go to a chiropractor. All they do is make you feel well long enough for you to think it worked . . . . but you will always be back.

I know this and that is why i'm going to go see a specialist, Chiro is to make it better now as I need to get better now.

Many things are going to have to be done and i'm allready doing a bunch of them.
