damn MB doesnt accept my cc :(

my MB accepted my card, but was hacked, and the some asshole stole 400 EUR from it and I probably will never get that money back, but the worst thing is that I still haven't even got my account back after almost a month! Their TOS is virtually protecting the hackers not the honest customers, and they just don't give a shit! If any MB representative is reading this - contact me back and convince me the opposite!
