Vanilla TGp SUCKS Christ!
 

I'm totally pissed right now... I have tried to contact Vanilla Tgp for over a week. I have a fully paid for copy of the script and can NOT get it to run on my new server. The install script dos not work. The paths in that install script are incorrect. I have edited them to make them correct. Now I have to wait for another activation code? PLUS when I try to go into the scripts admin I get another error..

Warning: main(/includes/template.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xposts/public_html/vanilla/cpanel/includes/global.inc.php on line 3

Does anyone here know how to install this on a cpanel server? Is there any support out there for this or is it just time to find another company to work with?

The guy who did that script is in school actually that's probably why you have some problem to contact him

Well.. I have used thier system to drop support requests on top of sending ICQ's etc. No response. I paid 400 bucks for this and can't even get it to install correctly. My server admins can't even get it to work... and they do this stuff for a living.
