Some Company?s should learn from MONIKER
 

I have been with Moniker for some time now and they are an amazing company to deal with.

I can?t fault any part of their company and the part I really love is the customer service.

Chris does a fantastic job and is always there when I need him not like some other reps that disappear after you tell them your problem.

I have contacted Chris in the early hours of the morning due to the fucked up time differences here in Australia and he has always taken my calls and been there for me 200%.

If you need a solid domain name register go to www.moniker.com (no ref code) and you will be looked after.

I'm slowly migrating from GoDaddy, and despite having problems with the transfer (which was mostly due to GoDaddy), and Moniker's archaic heirarchaic (yes, that's a pun) software, it's been relatively smooth sailing.

I get $6.95 a domain with Go Daddy. Does Moniker have bulk rates? I also already have my own personal account rep, its very nice. I only have to contact him to buy new domains though.

Its a long story but i had an issue with my paypal account and it had rejected some payments for some domain names.

Batts is retarded. He didnt even know how to move his domains from godaddy to moniker so chris h00ked him up with a .TXT file that explained it all.

I have one domain name with godaddy and it was not by choice, they have the most dog shit system i have ever seen.

If Moniker ever finds a way to bring down their registration pricing and bulk rates to compete with Godaddy and other registrars, they're going to be a real force to be reckoned with.

I have never had any names with godaddy, apart from this one name that is with godaddy that was not my choice.

All my names have been and aways been with moniker.

Bari at Moniker is the secret weapon if Chris is the special sauce fyi.

Our domains are spread out over multiple registrars btw.

Looks like i will move to moniker now from godaddy.

Moniker is fantastic, I don't know why so many people are put off by their prices. If you have several to buy or move, I'm sure the listed price isn't what you'll pay. Also if someone goes and makes a complaint against your domain, they won't just arbitrarily shut it down without cause. Can you say that with GoDaddy? According to thier rep they will not shut you down without a court order and will actually inform you if they get complaints. Comunication and common sense? The choice is clear.

I am moving my domains and all new regs to moniker and namecheap (never keep all your eggs in one basket)
The Godaddy control panel makes my eyes bleed.Literally.I almost bled to death when I was doing the transfers.True story.

Special Sauce? Heh... first time I've ever been called that. Bari is one of my favorite people in the world and a true friend... but if you have ever heard the volume that she can reach when talking, the word SECRET really doesn't apply...:thumbsup LOL. She is terrific, and we will both work our asses off to make sure that the adult communities domain names are well served and well protected!
