I need:

- dedicated server
- 10mbit bandwidth
- cpanel/whm
- probably 160+ Gb hd space
- 2 gig ram
- backup option
- a good control panel to see your daily bandwidth "consumption"
- unmanaged
- payment via CC or epassporte
