ADL Colin 04-18-2007 11:49 AM

Love this show. 3 or 4 sounds about right.

shoeaholicanon 04-18-2007 11:51 AM

yup, i second that

shuki 04-18-2007 11:55 AM

The show is way to short....we need at least 1 hour

D 04-18-2007 11:56 AM

I'm guessing we're still going to be asking that question at the end of the season.

!!!!DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS COMING!!!!

APRIL 22 - "Manic Monday" - After railing on Eric and Vince for giving her the runaround, Amanda makes Vince an offer he can't refuse. Babs (Beverly D'Angelo) orders Ari to fire an inept employee, but he must first overcome an unwanted side effect he's been experiencing since his breakup with Vince: compassion.

APRIL 29 - "Gotcha!" - Drama finds out he will be the target on Pauly Shore's new "Punk'd"-like reality show, and thinks he's in on the joke. Eric attempts to smooth out tensions between Vince and Amanda, but they've already been relieved. Meanwhile, Ari's frat brother comes for a visit, and Ari finds himself jealous of the former slacker's newfound riches, as well as his gorgeous fiancé.

MAY 6 - "Return of the King" - A casting change puts "Medellin" back on the table for Vince (Adrian Grenier). Ari (Jeremy Piven) and producer Nick Rubenstein (Adam Goldberg) must broker the deal between Amanda (Carla Gugino) and the studio by day's end, but can't use the most important tool of their trade - the cell phone - until after sundown, because it's Yom Kippur. Eric (Kevin Connolly) suspects that Vince and Amanda's relationship is sabotaging the deal. At the races, Drama (Kevin Dillon) saves a slow horse from the glue factory.

MAY 13 - "The Resurrection" - Eric and Vince are determined to get "Medellin" off the ground, but the rights to the script stand in their way. Feeling tense the day of the "Five Towns" premiere, Drama seeks relief at a massage parlor, but can't avoid Daily Variety. At the auto-body shop, Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) meets a girl who shares his love for limited-edition sneakers, but her overbearing father hampers his game.

MAY 20 - "The Prince's Bride" - Drama has an offer from Brett Ratner for "Rush Hour 3." Ari finds a backer for "Medellin," but the source of his wealth, and his wife's intentions toward Vince, are shady. Turtle has a date with Kelly (Laura London) - under the watchful eye of her father.

How come you know so much...

I hate the fact that Vince is not back with Ari. I also agree that the show should be at least 1hr.

BlueWire 04-18-2007 12:21 PM

Hopefully soon....I'm sick of seeing Ari being such a pussy. He cries in the next episode

damnit! didn't want to read it, but had to :winkwink:

DaveMsM 04-18-2007 12:25 PM

An hour show would be too long and we would soon be at a point where the storyline would be too weak....

BTW for my taste its already starting to be a little weak...

KaliC 04-18-2007 12:47 PM

well that chic is a famous actress so I doubt they will get rid of her and on the next episode Vince is supposed to drill her. So I'm going to say never, Ari is his own character and doesn't need any direct ties to be in the show.

Shows are about the characters not the story line.

gornyhuy 04-18-2007 12:49 PM

I'm watching it on DVD, so I'm one season behind... next time WARN ME ABOUT THE FUCKING SPOILER!!!!

In the US, an hour on tv is only 40 minutes or so. So that wouldn't be too short!

Adam_Gamma 04-18-2007 02:17 PM

Remember Vince's annoying friend Dom from season 2? I have a feeling the new agent will share a similar fate.

hezochiah 04-18-2007 02:25 PM

I got all of season 3 on Tivo so I was watching that leading up to the premiere of the new season and still get a kick out of the Vegas episode where Drama just goes nuts on Seth Green's boys. Would have been funny to see Ari roll up his sleeves and do some damage though...

As far as the new season goes, hopefully Vince and Ari get back together and Vince gets a chance to play Escobar. It would also be sweet to see the Ramones movie come back up at some point too.

It would probably end up being more like 52 or something like that because there's no commercials. Right now with the review of the previous episode and the intro it works out to around 24 minutes which is still pretty short. It definitely keeps you wanting more and helps you look forward to the next episode though.

After Shock Media 04-18-2007 02:40 PM

I admit I have only caught a few episodes and never got into it much. And I know I am about to get jumped for saying this.

Are they all like closet fags?
For being a HBO show there is an awful bigtime shortage of boy girl sexing going on... just a lot of closet freshman in highschool bragging.

James Tony 04-18-2007 02:40 PM

How long before Vince pounds Amanda like a porn star?

Goodings Media 04-18-2007 03:31 PM

I saw this thread n thought .... "strange, someones made a thread about Microsoft Outlook on the Mac..."

such a disappointment.....

J. Falcon 04-18-2007 04:32 PM

very good show
