I need a dating progra... now read the entire thread before you reply.
I have posted a similar thread about a week ago and all I got were waste of time deals.

So here is the same again, but explained a bit better:

You get - - > 500k - 1million hits per month on your main page. If you can convert these at 1:1000 to free membership it's ok for me. Part of the traffic is SE, other part is skimmed TGP and other small part is 404.

I want (terms are negotiable, but you must have all these points covered unless you can provide profiles database like the described in the next paragraph.):
1 ) White label under my own domain. Not your subdomain nor a redirect to your domain. When a member joins he must still stay under my domain. I want to have 100% control where does the traffic go and where do members go after they login.
2 ) Your system must work ok with NATS. No integration with NATS = no deal.
3 ) It must be at least 50% revshare or better deal. I don't mind doing the billing myself and then paying you for the database usage.
4 ) At least 1:1000 free profile conversion with skimmed TGP traffic, 1:500 with untargeted SE traffic and 1:2500 with 404 traffic. I can test this pretty fast, so it's not much of a problem.

I am open to (this is negotiable 100% and you can cover all the points or none of them):
1 ) You sell me a dating script + 50k profiles. I can do the rest. Even a 50k profiles database alone will do the work because I already have a dating script... it only lacks the profiles data.
2 ) I want to keep the members data from the signups I generate. If you want to keep that data it's ok too, but it should be discussed.
3 ) Your members access the extra part of the members area I will integrate on my site. This should be discussed too because it will work like a plugin feed. If you want to share database in exchange of plugin feed it's ok, but has to be looked carefully.

I don't want:
Someone to contact me with "Hey we have all that you need, just signup here and submit your site for a private label"... then I submit the domain and 3 days later I get a reply like "Your domain was rejected for advanced private label, signup for a private label under our domain that has no NATS integration and once the member has clicked he sees that it's our site and not your's". This is a real reply I got from a program. For me that was a waste of my time having to change DNS, mail server, ftp accounts, preparing a new server and stuff like just to get such a stupid reply. They were converting relatively good to free memberships... but they are worth nothing for me if I cannot use my own domain.
I know what I want, so don't waste my time with different deals. Perhaps you think that I will see how good your site converts and will stay with you because of that.
Even if you convert 1:1 with 404 traffic I would prefer to give 100% free access to members, open my paysites to them to ensure they stay and call their friends, and even pay webmasters to promote such a site as long as all this is driven under my own domain... so go figure how important is for me to have the site labeled 100% under my domain and not under your's.
