I'm surprised how long mediocrity has lasted in this business. Actually, it really is like how I'd imagine a bunch of old, landowners would be before the civil war: A few landowners working over slaves in a way that kept the slaves happy.

Never used to be like this psili - most folks were actually sensible and most had a biz head on them. The "average" head in here is... hell... don't think they even have an IQ?? :winkwink:

But... it appears to be mainly the online industry which is like this - there are plenty others who are good to work with :thumbsup
