She keeps telling me she has been waiting on the Chicago office to give her permission to send them out, she has boxes full of packaged shirts in her office, packed and ready to ship, but has not recieved permission to send them as of yet...

They should just sell them..open a store front and offer all the stuff...I'm sure they would go like hot cakes!
