c&d for what having the word"tube" in the domain? not sure if thats gonna happen...especially since i been uploading boobtubeyoutube tagged videos to youtube for months now and they havent said a word or taken them down.

also ive seen a shitload of websites with the word "tube" in it..are they all going to have to C&D for the like of youtube?...me thinks not:2 cents:

it's the fact that you have the youtube.com in the domain not just the tube that will get ya in trouble. Hope it doesn't happen to ya though.
