You might be able to get out of it. Check the local laws because in some places if you just ignore the ticket they can't prove you even received it.

Also, unless they have a shot of your face they might not be able to enforce the ticket. Just go to court and say it was not you driving your car.

Camera tickets are BS.i got one 6 -7 years ago for 82 bucks with a pic of my car and plate.Know what i did? i sent a picture of 82 dollars cash.Never heard anything back.Fuck em.

Admittedly I don't know much about those things, but I'd think a decent lawyer could fuck that whole system as it is now. Reminds me of the lawyer who got all the drunk drivers off because the state couldn't prove the breathalysers were reliable and the manufacturers refused to provide specs to the defense...or something like that.

As it stands now, YOU'RE guilty and have to prove YOU'RE innocent. That seems like a problem right there.

What actual proof do they have? Anything automated can fuck up, but they aren't going to freely admit that. IF they had a picture of your ass end AND the light, then I could see it. But just going by that picture there, it's putting a lot of faith in the system and not proving a damn thing imo. :2 cents:

The cost of the ticket probably wouldn't be worth the lawyer, but throw in the extra licensing and insurance costs and it might just be.

To a certain extent. Some cameras can still catch the full plate.

Eventually that spray shit to cover your plates will be banned (if not already) just like the tinted plates, and if the cops catch you they will hand you your fucking ass with a nice fine, not even worth fighting it in court.

those are the worst cocksuckers , now here they just scan your registration sticker and they can give u a ticket in 15 secs and start running.... there machines are upgraded and they dont have to write it manually anymore
