1. what are these people doing now in an industry, sports, etc. Finished might sound a bit harsh mabey for that but could work...

2. Now that your "finished" working - retired or what have you - here is info on retirement communities, golf, investments, sunny warm places, etc.

I think with that name you can get some good branding, a loyal following and can have articles up there (either do your own / or some rss feeds, or both), links to partners, golf - condo's, out of the country places, etc.

This is a huge industry and the possibilities are endless for this type of site. get tons of members, tons of traffic, mabey sell off down the road $$$ or vc partners, etc.
