When I woke up, this was on the counter, shipped from Alaska and still frozen! There's also reindeer sausage and salmon pepperoni... very very nice!! :thumbsup Thanks so much, it's going to be delicious! :)

Yeah, sooo good.

Put some cloves of garlic and a little salt in a pot of water. Bring to boil. Throw the legs in for about 3 min. MHMMM

I personally would recomend that you defrost overnight in fridge in a drip container covered lightly with damp cloth. Then take the legs out next day, shatter some with a mallet, wrap legs with damp paper towels, then wrap those with plastic wrap. Toss into microwave for about 30 second per 3 legs. Oh only do 3 at a time.

Make some clarified butter in advance, cut some lemon and get fat.
