how the fuck do i create a new user in directadmin?

when i log in as admin on my server i can click on 'list users' and see all the user accounts, but i cant seem to add a new user account? All i see in the main menu is 'create admin' and 'create reseller'..... wtf

solved it, gotta go from admin to reseller level first, then create users :Graucho
