How big does a house and or property need to be to be called a Mansion?

I'd say over 6000 SF for a mansion.

3000-5000ish is a McMansion.

I think it's 5000.

I think i would say 10,000 before i'd call it a "mansion". There are too many houses around here that are 6k

If you can afford a house that big you get a cleaning service. Hell, I live in a 3 BR, 2 story townhome and I have a house cleaning service come once or twice a month for $128.
