Is there a celebrity that you used to hate ...

That has gotten back in your good graces?

Ok "hate" is a strong word, but Jennifer Love Hewitt used to drive me bonkers on that dumb show Party of Five & that movie Can't Hardly Wait, but now she has really grown on me for some reason.
I catch her new show every now & then which is entertaining and she's always really cute in interviews.

Another one I used to hate, Tori Spelling, but now I kind of like her when I see her in interviews and such.

Any celebs that just really drive you nuts or any that you used to hate & now you like?

Okay, not to say anything bad, but did the Maxcash group suddenly decide to come out of their shells and start a collection of soft threads? Is this sort of a new way to get the sig up without looking like you are running ads?

That's three threads on the front page, (two from the other Sarah) that are absolute fluff "what do you like" threads. What's the deal?

RawAlex 05-02-2007 08:31 AM

Just for reference, consider these threads:

Just a thought that being a little too obvious is, well, obvious. :)

I hate all celebs who undermine our President, and that means ALOT of them.

RawAlex...I was Sarah_Webinc for years and have always posted a lot..including 'soft' threads..particularly about music and film. However, if you look at my threads for today alone you will see me also discussing things like Google's spyware clearing house site, etc.

We are also hardly the only people on the entire of GFY that post light threads. Perhaps we should start an hourly 'would you hit it thread' to blend in more?

Lookie, Lookie - I am out of my shell !!

Hi RawAlex : )

Juicy D. Links 05-02-2007 08:50 AM

I want to whisper sweet nothings in your ear , as i caress your thighs and work my way down your neck then chest and lick my path through on its way to the treasure chest...

meowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

RawAlex 05-02-2007 08:56 AM

Sarah, nothing against anyone (and nice to get all the maxcash people to crawl out of the woodwork (Hi Aly! Hi Jeff!)... This all just has the feeling of a soft campaign, something planned.

How about a "what's new at maxcash" thread instead? Actual business might not blend in as well. Either that or just hire juicybot ;)

OldJeff 05-02-2007 09:03 AM

Alex, I have been out of the woodwork all along

I vist this place a couple times a day, and I even post to threads that interest me.

When there is something new at Max Cash - we usually have a thread for that.

Personally I find a lot of hwat sarah posts to be pretty interesting, and usually entertaining.

You do have the option of not reading them

Sarah_Jayne 05-02-2007 09:03 AM

We have done those threads too..such as the promo day threads when I first started at MaxCash. There is no campaign other than I now work for this company and so you are just seeing the _MaxCash tag more than you have for a while. To me it just sounds like the Sarah's are doing their jobs :)

Its the same threads that Sarah has always posted - she just works for a new company. She is just trying to be inoffensive, she is a nice person. I am sure its not 'planned"

You don't have to be a bitch to post here - but it helps.

alymaxcash 05-02-2007 09:06 AM

WOWmeow - LOL

RawAlex 05-02-2007 09:08 AM

Okay, did I get you enough thread views now? ;)

12clicks 05-02-2007 09:08 AM

alex, you need to find a hobby. ;)

12clicks 05-02-2007 09:10 AM

and to answer Sarah's question, I always hated Nick Cage.

Then I saw him in National Treasure and all was forgiven

True me, if I planned anything the place wouldn't be able to move for MaxCash threads :)

I didn't hate that as much as I thought I would and it was a nice Philly showcase.

But Alex, how do you feel about Tori Spelling?
:1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

What's new at MaxCash?
Well, I am for starters! Thanks for the warm welcome :thumbsup

No worries, there will be plenty more to talk about soon enough, those folks in the "woodwork" aren't just hiding out :winkwink: STAY TUNED ALEX!!!

Hit me up on ICQ if you'd like to chat some more, or keep bumping my thread, whichever you prefer.

p.s.
Juicy, you are a naughty boy!

PhillipB 05-02-2007 09:32 AM

James Van Der Beek. He was a whiny little bitch in Dawson's Creek. And I hated him in Varsity Blues. But now I kind of...no wait, he's still a whiny little bitch. Sorry. ;)

Hate is a strong word, but I definitely wasn't happy with Jessica Simpson for never returning my calls, my text messages, emails, knocks at the door and other various other attempts to have sex with her. The restraining order that she took out definitely didn't win her any points with me either. I wasn't to happy with her at all and then I saw her looking like this...

...and I couldn't be mad at her anymore. If you look closely, you can see me in the background with night vision goggles on :thumbsup

Sarah_Jayne 05-02-2007 09:46 AM

Simon Cowell, I guess...ever since he went to the States he comes across as more human when he comes back to the UK and is slightly less mean on his UK tv shows.

RP Fade 05-02-2007 10:47 AM

Marc Whalberg..he's actually played some good roles lately.
