Man slept through multiple stabbing
 

A US man who was stabbed nine times told police he couldn't identify his assailants because he slept through the whole thing.

Deputy police chief Tom Williams said Winona Police are investigating the incident which occurred at about 1.30am but was not reported until 8am.

Williams said the 23-year-old victim told officers he slept through the attack and only became aware of his injuries when his girlfriend saw he was covered in blood and brought them to his attention.

He is still being treated in hospital, reports the Winona Daily News.

one time at a club out here a girl got stabbed in the back on the dance floor and didn't even notice until the bouncers came flying over once one of them noticed she was covered in blood

I'm a hard sleeper and have slept through earthquakes, but who sleeps through a stabbing? and how alcohol and many drugs does it take to do it? Dud needs some seriouse help....can you say ADDICT/ALCOHOLIC!!!!????????????

He probably thought he was dreaming it. Or his senses must be extremely dull. Must be all the fatty foods and lack of exercise. Anyway, the most important thing is that he's doing ok.

I used to live in that town, it's a college town for the most part and the guy was 23. My guess is a college kid who got really wasted.
