Well I would say that someone that get caught fucking a 15 year old would usually get less time or a lesser charge than say if the girl was 12 or under. Technically a guy screwing a girl 17 years old is breaking the law, but very rarely do you hear of charges being brought against anyone for having sex with a 17 year old.

In my state if your over 18 but are 36 months or less older than the girl then it's leagl. Otherwise you are breaking the law. For example if she 17 and 4 months as long as you are 20 and 4 months or under it's legal.
