Hmm... great player. But IMO, his first round performance kind of screwed his effectiveness. Nash is the man... without him, I'm wondering where the Suns would be.

Amare made first team, would he really be first team without Nash?

The media, (the voters), really hated giving it to a short white Canadian kid and would never put him in the same category as Jordan, Magic etc...even though his numbers were even better and he lead even more. I read a couple articles that said even though he deserved it, they'd never give it to him for that reason alone.

Hum not a Suns fan by any means but Nash should of got it.

yet another reason why awards should be given out after playoffs... I dont get it, no one cares about the regular season "team" wise... but thats all they care about for the individual.... all awards in all sports should be given out after the playoffs
