I need my own proxy server/proxy IPs.
I want to get my own proxy server(s) and a bunch of proxy IPs.
I need someone who knows how to set this up....

Get a copy of tiny proxy running on a box. It'll take all of... 3 minutes to install.

However, since I am a bit of a retard when it comes to software, how do i configure it to run a whole bunch of IPs?

*cough*. I can't picture a reputable host knowingly setting this sort of thing up. But that's just me.

Didn't you read my post? I'm not gonig to hold your hand. Use google.
If that fails, setup a copy of squid. It can bind to multiple IPs, but it'll probably hurt your head to set it up.

So you've got answers, all you need to do is execute them.
