So, time for a change of place and pace...
Recently someone was asking me on icq about some of the technical things I do, and that turned into a flurry of emails, icq?s, and phone conversations. Well, the end result is that I?m leaving ICS, and my duties here on GFY.
Certainly no bad reflection on ICS and it?s people. They?ve all been great to me since I got here back in 2005. If Lensman, Eric, or any of the crew at ICS needs my help with anything I?ve done here on GFY, they?ve got it and without any reservation. Because that?s just the way that Professionals do business, and they?ve got my numbers. This was a difficult choice to make, but the thought of getting to dive into some new technical projects sounded like just the right challenge. No drama in this decision folks, sorry if that?s a disappointment. Towards the end of this month I?ll be packing up, heading to the L.A./Porn Valley area, and beginning the next adventure. This time with Leslie Sharp, and the DoubleClickMarketing gang, and I?m looking forward to it! TexasDreams p.s. - please feel free to post your condolences to Leslie in this thread for her decision. Hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!! |

I'm sure running GFY is challenging, and I feel as if you have done your best under trying circumstances. I imagine your feet are always in the fire when you are responsible for keeping a high profile beast like GFY running smooth. I've heard nothing but positive things about Leslie, so I feel certain you will be happy in your next position. My team and I are very excited to have snagged such a good addition to the team. Frankly, he had me at "Dancing Bananas", the fact he knows how to read, can program and is excited about our upcoming projects is a bonus. My love and respect to Lens, Eric and everyone over at GFY, I know he will be missed and very hard to replace.
