In talking to a lot of our affiliates, I've often found a lot of them have these little known characteristics or interests that other might now know about or might find shocking.

After nearly ten years in this business, a lot of people think I am this guy with a dark personality who probably drinks goat's blood and dances in a dark dungeon somewhere...but most seem to be shocked I'm actually this caring father who once served on my kids' PTA board.

What's shocking about you or something others might not know about you or would be surprised to know?

Is there a perception others have of you that might surprise them to find otherwise?

Contrary to popular belief (RRRED) I do not sit on my front porch in a wife beater with chaw in my lip.

Turley Latin is like pig latin, but different. It was devised by American soldiers that were stationed in Germany after WW II because too many people understood English, so they did it to keep some conversations private.

My cousins and I were extras in the movie Footloose, but our scene got snipped

It was filmed in American Fork, Lehi and Orem where i spent my summers with my grandparents and cousins. The mill my aunt worked in was a filming location (the place where Kevin Bacon worked in the movie).

I'm never an easy-going person at the best of times and when it comes to work, I'm always driven, so that makes me even more remote, up-tight or whatever. Thus I doubt many people would guess that the only hobby I began in my teens and kept up until a couple of years ago when my breath went, was singing in rock bands.

Nothing ambitious: I just enjoyed performing whenever someone local would let me behind a microphone. Nor regular: the last time I was "in" a band, was back in the early 70's and we played every week at the Black Prince in Bexley (just south of London).
