Tmobile Dash - mass deleting text messages

anyone know how to mass delete my inbox and sent folders? This shit is piling up and if it gets in the wrong hands, i am in trouble.

One you are in your text message folder hit menu>folders. from there you can select which folder you want to clear, then hit menu>clear text messages
