CCBill - Anyone having issues logging in for stats?

affiliateadmin worked fine, but in webadmin I got this:

You do not have access to the specified report! Unable to connect to authenticator. Server configuration issue?

No problems here...got stats about 5min ago....

If you are having any issue logging into the webmaster administration please contact us a [email protected] and we will look into this for you as soon as possible.

Hey man, hit me up. I still havent solved my issue..and I cant login to stats or sign up to new CCBill Sponsors.... perhaps you can elaborate on your method, I am not familiar with it.
