Do you need the full 2257 doc treatment if all you're showing is topless babe photos?

No crop jobs, just topless is all that ever happens.....

Girl I know just asked and I wasn't totally sure...

I know they changed things where shoing genetalia is "iffy" but I thought breasts were always OK from a 2257 doc perspective....

Breasts aren't part of 2257 as far as I understand it.

At the moment, I think it's safe, but I'd rather pile up loads of docs that aren't needed instead of risking anything.

You better want to research 2257 if you're going to be running any type of websites. But that is just my :2 cents:

As it could hurt any American TGP, Paysite, Sponsor programs if they aren't keeping proper docs.

As for the question. It's safer just to have content sign the 2257 even if it is just topless.
