any one here ever owned or currently owns a lexus is300?
 

thinking of getting an 03 sports package in around october.. im wondering if it is actually worth it.
hows the engine on that thing? does it lack anything? does it break down often? is it expensive to maintain? so on...:thumbsup

I can't answer your question about the 03 is300 directly, but I test drove the newer is350 and it was a sick drive, but VERY small inside. I'm 6' and there was no fucking way I would be able to sit in that thing every day. The actual power and handling was amazing, and its got one crazy stability and braking system, but in the end I went with a 3 series.
