A Friendly Reminder To Register Republican

So you can vote for Ron Paul in the primaries! :thumbsup

For those of you naysayers who think he doesn't have a chance -- he sure as hell DOES if enough people vote for him in the Republican primaries. And as long as he is on the ticket for the Republican primary, I am officially a Republican :winkwink: -- This is how we win. This is how we get our man who will keep the government the hell out of our legal adult business and our private lives into office.

The next best thing you can do is GIVE MONEY. Ron Paul needs LOTS OF MONEY right now and some of you reading this have money to burn on your bling and women, you need to fork over $1000 bux or more to this man's campaign because the next tactic the crony government goons are going to pull on this guy is to hit him in the wallet. Ron Paul is not bankrolled like the other candidates who pander to special interests and he needs LOTS more money to win this thing.

I've been hearing good stuff about him.

pocketkangaroo 05-23-2007 02:39 AM

He's the only guy running who is for civil liberties and small government (on both sides).

theruyan 05-23-2007 02:42 AM

Individuals can give up to $2300 to his campaign. This is not tax deductible, but for those here who have the kind of income where this money won't be missed is a vote for your business as a legal adult webmaster. I gave $500, that's all I could part with, and I know there are other here who can part with that or more. Hell, if you can only part with $10 it's a step in the right direction for our business and this country.

Ron Paul is the man...

theruyan 05-23-2007 02:52 AM

Ron Paul was only Republican to vote no on all of these: Prosecutorial Remedies & Tools Against the Exploitation of Children Today Act (PROTECT) --
Child Obscenity Act and Pornography Prevention Act (COPPA) --
Children's Internet Protection Act --

Ron Paul knows that none of this is about protecting children, it's about restricting your rights, that's why he voted against it.

Are you tired of your government wasting valuable resources chasing down cross-indexed 2257 files with a small typo or smudge from a legal adult business instead of going after the REAL child porn sites with both barrels blazing, they come after you?

Ron Paul is technically a libertarian...

That's what real Republicans are supposed to be, according to a close Republican friend. :winkwink:

Hey, as long as Paul is in the race on the Republican ticket, I'm a Republican. :winkwink:

Republicans used to be about small government like Libertarians. But now, they're basically Democrats who have views on social issues stuck in the 1930s.

pocketkangaroo 05-23-2007 03:04 AM

I'll add that since I'm in Illinois, it's pointless to vote in the Democratic primary (Obama will clean house). So I'm going to vote Ron Paul in this one simply to stick it to the frontrunners who don't have a clue.

He's got my Vote but he has a tough road a head with the mainstream media blacking him out. MSNBC completely left him out of their polls after the first GOP debate, even though he won must other polls. Now they list him as last in the rankings with "Just please stop e-mailing us. Thanks." as his description.:321GFY

It IS refreshing to have someone state the truth and I am with Ron Paul on his assessment of the serious flaws in foriegn policy... he is simply way off base when it comes to domestic policy and stinks of protectionism.

He is much like Gravel on the democratic side... they both talk a good game but when you dig into the meat of what they really stand for you realize that they are way out in left field.

The Republican party is lost in confusion and made itself irrevelevant... but no worries... my forcast is that after the dems nominate Hillary Clinton the presidential election will be a sure thing for Republicans... no matter who they nominate. Much like the Republicans... Democrats are are suffering from mental illness too... Republicans are Paranoid and Democrats are Schizophrenic...

Greatly Decrease l) Welfare (AFDC)

Keep people stupid, do not provide medical care even to seniors who paid into medicare?

He supports block grants for farmers, farm subsidies. etc.

He is not a friend of the environment

on the positive side he is very much anti war, anti interfearing in other countries a 19th century isolationist. Not too useful but refreshing.

He is stuck in a past that cannot work in todays world. Sad because he would basically dismantle the Fedeal government which in simplier times would be very nice.

stickyfingerz 05-23-2007 05:21 AM
