Not only are credit-card penetration rates negligible in these markets, there is a good chance that your cc processor will scrub a transaction from them leading to a decline anyway.

Either point such traffic to one of our good-to-go consumer facing niche websites, or we can create an international version of your site(s) using http://www.webpinaccess.com/?layout=blank which we host (geo-ip in 37 languages with 100% global billing reach)

We can supply you with a script to do this if needed:pimp

Questions? Hit me up!:)

Been working well for us. We are seeing more money out of our high risk markets, then before

Those are the developing countries we suggest using us as a primary processor.

There are plenty of developed markets where you should use us as a secondary one see http://www.password-by-phone.com/revenue.php

After all, the credit card is and remains the best way to bill (and rebill!) monthly subsciptions.

But phone Billing is a great way to grab those surfers than can't, or won't, pay you any other way.

Remember, there are plenty of surfers in "rich" countries that prefer the annonymity and convienience of paying you this way.:pimp

That's a grandiose term Marc - "developing countries" :winkwink:

Agree most are, but never considered Andorra, Portugal and a few more as "developing countries" :winkwink: :thumbsup

I was questioning a few countries in this list while setting up the intl' version of a site of ours you made for us. However, the fact that processors may scrub more often from some countries that do have cc's is a great point. No real money to be made off declines!

You are right:

(taken from http://www.worldcardsintelligence.com)

The credit card market in Puerto Rico is highly advanced by regional standards by virtue of Puerto Rico?s status as a territory of the US. The market is regulated by the US Federal Reserve and the country?s currency is the US dollar. A significant proportion of the credit cards in circulation in the market are issued in the US and local banks have had to develop their cards business in order to compete with US offerings.
